Choose which QB invoice when posting to QB

I have two different invoice templates in QB. One for a "to be printed" invoice that prints on a preprinted form and only prints the data. It is called "Preprinted Invoice". The other is for email invoices and prints our logo, address and all the data. It is called "Invoice with Logo". I have tried creating a dummy invoice with the correct template before posting to QB, but that doesn't seem to work. Is there anyway to get the invoices that have been posted to QB to appear on the correct template?

It is in the grid and I see the field, but I can't change it in the grid. I must edit it by going to the "edit" link to the add/edit activity. I would like to edit the sort code on the fly, but don't want to make all the fields in the grid to be that way. I know I can set a global "allowed editing of fields in grid", but that is not what I want. I know there should be set of actions that I can program it be be able to change it similar to when you do the global edit and it shows the down arrows for each column.

Also, we are a previous Qxpress user and we had the mapping feature with MapPoint that would allow us to optimize the routes and it would then populate the appropriate sort code back into the field. Is this something that I could have Method customize for us? If so, who would I speak to?

Changes in the grid - customization

I would like to be able to update one field in a grid while in the table. (SortOrder) I have watched the webinars about the actions, and I can't seem to get it to work. Do you have the exact instructions on how to do this or can you tell me which webinar to watch. Also, I created a custom field "Gate Code" and when I put that into my route list, it will not show up when it prints. Any suggestions?

Due Date Start and End

We do not use specific times when scheduling items and do not have a need for and end date, as everything is a day event. Can I get rid of the end date and how can I customize the start date to be date only. Also, can it show the day of the week (i.e., Monday, 6/3/2013)

Screen Customization - drag and drop won't work

I am a new user and I am trying to customize a screen - I can edit the headers but when I try to drag a drop a new field or move an existing one, it won't let me. Any suggestions?
