LeadName field

Hi everyone!

I'm facing the following problem. We are creating APi script for new leads. We do this by importing into cusotmer and contacts table. What bothers me isd the following. I'd like to have a LeadName filled in so combined field in Leads and Contacts List would show them. However I'm not able to find where LeadName field actually is because I'm unable to locate it in either contacts, Customer or Entity table.

Can anyone help with this?

Hi there,

I'm editing my copy of ContactsPortal_transactions screen in order tzo show a message to customers when they log in. I've sucesfully added labels and entered text there. Today I've tried to change the text, and published this screen again and it still shows the old text. I've also tried removing label from the screen and inserting it again, and it didnt help. I still have the old text, like I'm editing a wrong screen, and I know for sure that I dont.

Hi again,

We have tested this from multiple computers. Two accounts are affected. The Nicole's one and Cyndi's one. They even tried to log in from their home and it is showing the previous day date. What could be causing this?

When I go to that grd and hit the link button it gives me this error:

You can see the format of link in Desc field and I tried it with http and https both. Also I've tried replace screen insted of new window option. Tested on IE10 and Firefox latest.

Hi there,

We are using API to import invoices into method, from a third party tool. Once this is done it shows correct time of import to me and another colleague. third coleague (Nicole) has the previous day set there. I was told that methodcrm picks up the time from local machine. I reviewed the settings on Nicole's machine and they show the correct date/time. Why is method acting like this for her?

I'm having links for call recordings imported into InvoiceLine Description

How should I edit this link so I get clickable links in MethodCRM customer portals. So the goal is that customers could click a link in grid in their portal that will open their call recording. How to accomplish it?

Miracullously, this worked. I'm positive I did this more then once yesterday, but yesterday it didn't work. Did you change something on backend side?

I'd like to hear about that workaround for Contacts table. I'll need it for another table.

Also Customer table has a un ique field FullName and it is marked as a unique in method. However when I try to add it as a column for dropdown, there is only recordID.
