http://forums.method.me/cs/search/SearchResults.aspx?o=DateDescending&u=6065Search results by user ID 6065en-USCommunityServer 2007.1 SP2 (Build: 31113.47)http://forums.method.me/cs/forums/p/5179/19733.aspx#19733Tue, 05 Nov 2013 17:37:50 GMT3393c1ec-311b-4812-96cb-ad8c611bba4f:19733g.williams<p>I would like to create (or have created) a method CRM application that will evaluate: Customer A has not ordered for X days. &nbsp;Send him an email with product suggestion, discount code etc. &nbsp; Customer B ordered &nbsp;product M, &nbsp;send him a thank you and recommend that he consider product N, with discount code. &nbsp; Method will trigger based on customers orders, (what they bought) and send a message (based on logic of time etc), and link them to the ecommerce engine to order more stuff.</p> <p></p> <p>This can get quite sophisticated with lots of products and customers, &nbsp;but the client creates the marketing / messaging content, &nbsp;identifies the associations, &nbsp;and trigger points. &nbsp;</p> <p></p> <p>This may also be used for ... &quot;your invoice is due in X days, and we have not received payment yet&quot; etc. &nbsp;To automate collections. &nbsp;</p> <p></p> <p>Has anyone created this type of application for a client yet ? &nbsp;I may be interested in discussing leveraging any customization that has been done before .</p> <p>Thanks.</p>
