&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;This can get quite sophisticated with lots of products and customers, &amp;nbsp;but the client creates the marketing / messaging content, &amp;nbsp;identifies the associations, &amp;nbsp;and trigger points. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;This may also be used for ... &amp;quot;your invoice is due in X days, and we have not received payment yet&amp;quot; etc. &amp;nbsp;To automate collections. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Has anyone created this type of application for a client yet ? &amp;nbsp;I may be interested in discussing leveraging any customization that has been done before .&lt;/p&gt;
