Our documents are stored in a SharePoint library (Office 365) with the file structure: https://<span id="mce_5_start">our</span>companyname.<span id="mce_6_start">sharepoint.com/shared_documents/customers<span id="mce_10_start"></span>/<span id="mce_11_start">&quot;customer&#39;s name&quot;</span>. I created a button that joins the beginning of the URL with the<span id="mce_13_start"></span>&nbsp;<span id="mce_8_start">[CompanyName] listed in Method. I can now access the customer&#39;s documents with one click from Method. It happens&nbsp;<strong>after</strong> I upload the document to Method. I have tried logging in/out, repoening the web page, etc. with no luck. The only way to continue using Method is to turn off my computer&#39;s wifi, and turn it back on. That seems to solve the issue.<span id="mce_1_start" style="overflow:hidden;"> I am using a Macbook Pro with Google Chrome.</span></p> <p>Can anyone assit with this?</p>
