I can&#39;t figure out what I am missing. &nbsp;I am sending every input that is called for in the form generated in the method backend but after submitting the form, we don&#39;t get the notification email from you guys and our test has not been inputted into your system. &nbsp;Can someone help me figure this out please?</span></p> <p></p> <p>The reason we are using gravity forms is because of the ease of create a paginated form with a progress bar that shows the user how much they have completed in the form so far.</p>
