Using the Session ID

We have recently been building an Excel Task Pane App for a client of ours and we would like to set it up so the user doesn't have to login everytime they want to access the method tables. We are successfully working with the data, but we want to eliminate that login entry for our end users everytime they are accessing the data within the same session. We have been reading in the documentation that a Session ID can be retreived and used by running an action (such as Assign Value to Action Result and using Value From Session: Session ID), but we have been unable to figure out exactly how to access that information at this point.

We were curious if anyome has worked with this in the past. We've been looking for some examples but haven't found any, nor have we found a deeper explanation on it. I'm sure it's easy but this is not something we have utilized in the past. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Looking for help on Method API with Excel

I am new to Method and I have been playing with some of the samples provided in order to get the lay of the land. When using any of the samples I get a 429 Error (ActiveX component can't create object) when trying to import to Method.

I have done some debugging and it errors out on the line:

Set objSclient = New SoapClient30

In my research into the issue, it seems that the SOAP toolkit is no longer being used as it has been out of support for some time. We (and our client that is looking into Method CRM) run on Windows 7 machines with Office 365, so their environment is not going to be much different that ours. Are there any newer samples available using the API or have their been any solutions to this issue? Is there a different web service that users on 365 are using?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
