Vendor List - Duplicating Notes Field

I created a "notes" field for my vendor information screen. I did this once before for another client. I was quite surprised to find out that anything that I typed in my text box (this was definitely not a label, I dropped it in from "add objects" repeated in every record. I know this is not supposed to work this way. The notes (the way they worked for my other client) were unique for each record. Please help.

Thanks Adam!! I was able to "add new" and a list item called "test". It has been all down hill from here, I can't delete my "test" item, I cannot add anything new...I receive this error message:

InsertRecordIntoTable Failed:

You are trying to insert duplicate data into the field: ReportingTo, of the table: idx. This field is marked as unique thus duplicate data cannot be inserted.

It worked the first time, but now it is just going nuts on me whenever I try to add an other item and I also receive this error when I go to my screen and select the record to delete: (being the "test" item)

How to add a list item to a drop down field

I recently created a drop down list. I cannot for the life of me remember how to edit it in Method. I found the table, but I cannot figure out how to add more names. I also want an "add new" option at the end of the list. Thank you!

Error message on customer screen

I understand what this message is saying, but cannot imagine what it refers to:

ERROR: One or more fields referenced by your actions were not found on the screen. Please make sure all actions specify a valid object on the screen and republish. If the problem continues, please contact an administrator.

Errors on Customer Edit Screen

I recently customized my "Edit Customer" screen. I was advised to use a test tab so as not to blow up Method should I make an error (great idea). Unfortunately, when responding to the question "replace current tab links with new screen" I said "no". Everything is fine, but now my control buttons (anything referring to another screen) do not work. Here is what happens when I click "save and go back". Also, "close" does't work either.

Could not run the 'Go To Tab Link' command, as there was a problem locating the Tab Link 'Customers and Contacts List'. This Tab Link may have been deleted, or if you copied the original Screen from another account, you may also need to copy the Screen this Tab Link 'Customers and Contacts List' belongs to as well.

Help!! Error message on Customer Screen

I do not know what to do about this -- I have received the following error message:

I deleted the fields on my custom screen, and that didn't work. I restored the Method CRM screen, and still receive the same error. Thank you for your assistance.
