Hi Method_Audisho,

I made a mistake i was actually looking for the "Job Name" field, we have it renammed in our add/edit work order screen. Im looking in report designer for the field but cant seem to find it. Any thoughts on where it may be located?

Work Order Instructions in Custom Report

Im creating a custom print template in Method Report Designer. I believe we use the Work Order Instructions field to lay out what our scope of work is for any given job. I cannot seem to get this field to print with our new template. Currently i am adding the "Activity:WorkOrderInstructions" field to the report but again nothing is populating here. If anyone could guide me on how to make this work properly it would be greatly appreciated.

Select button instead of checkbox

I created a new table on a new screen with all new fields attached to the new table. I need to be able to select the entries in the new table and have the fields populate their corresponding text boxes in the lower section. I want this screen to work almost exactly like the "Equipment" tabe except with different fields. So on the left hand side of the table i cant for the life of me figure out how to have a select button instead of the checkboxes.

Any insite would be great.

Custom table of the same format for each Customer

So i have created 6 custom tables for keeping specific setting details about client equipment. I have added the new tables to a new section in the screen Fieldservices_Customers(2). The problem that i am having is that i need these tables to take unique information for every single customer that we have but the format should be the same. Currently if I modify the tables for one customer the information entered carries over to all of our customers. Is there a way to make the data entered into these custom tables stick specifically to the particular customers selected and when a new customer is selected, be given all new blank tables for their own equipment details? also when i return to a customer whos tables were modified before i want that specific information that was entered at the earlier date. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Having the memo field show on printed estimates

I was wondering if there was a way to have the "Memo" field on the "Estimates" screen show up on the estimates when we hit print preview. We use the memo line to summarize what the estimates are for and would like our clients to be able to know at a single glance what the estimate is for. We would like the test in the memo field to show up on a printed estimate right under "Payment terms:". Any help solving this issue would be greatly appreciated.

Adding New Textbox to Work Orders Screen

So I want to add a text box to my "Add/Edit Work Orders" screen, above the "Job Name" Field under The "Customer" Dropdown. I need this text box to add a name and phone number for our field technicians to be able to contact the site manager or point of contact on site for that specific day/job. I have customized the screen and added the text box where i want it but when we populate the field with a name and phone number, then save the screen, then reopen the work order; the information entered is gone and doesnt save. I need this information to be saved i would also like this field to be sent out to our technicans and viewable via their google calendar.

Any insight about this issue or instructions on how to handle it would be great.

Adding Hyperlinks to the Job Name field

We are trying to find an easy work around for adding hyperlinks to the "Job Name" field. Just copying and pasting a website URL will only leave the text in the job name but no link. Adding html coding <a href=""></a> does not fix this issue. Any help or information on this issue would be greatly appreciated.
