Creating an Invoice in CRM

Hi, I'm having issues with turning a lead's estimate into a sales order and then turning that into an invoice without errors and it's not syncing up with quickbooks so that I can take a payment made on the invoice. I can make the sales order, and I can make the invoice, and the lead is turning into customers in Method, but it's not registering with QB. Help?

Nope. Tried a different browser and it's still not showing up.

I just checked that and it's still not showing up on my end. Is it possible that it's something with my brower or an app I may have installed on it?

It's the activties created in Method not showing up on the Method activities calendar. Or any other calendar in method, even though I created and edited them from method.

I don't know why, but new activities are not showing up on the calendar. And any activity that I edit gets deleted as well. However, they're all showing up in the Activities list. Just not on the calendar. Can anyone explain what happened?

That's useful, but not exactly what I'm looking for. I need to be able to create a new activity at the same time as I create a new lead. I need to be able to do all that from one page since I will be on the phone with a customer as I'm getting their information. I had been able to do that before with the new leads page and I'm trying to customize the page to do that again.

Adding A New Activities Button to an existing tab

I need to figure out how to add a New Activity from the New Leads page/screen. There used to be a button to do that, but then it disappeared over the weekend. I'm not sure why that is, but I need to figure out how to put that option back. I've tried editing the page myself, but I have no clue where to begin with this.
