However, the other attachments don&#39;t get added. Every time I add attachments / documents through the Google gadget, I get a pop-up warning that says the following:</span></span></span></p> <p>&quot;Failed Saving Activity: Save Warning: The Document no longer exists in SmartVault. It may have been moved, deleted or overwritten. Please re-upload this document from Method to SmartVault.&quot;</p> <p>Any idea why this happens? This is a pretty straightforward transaction. Just trying to attach PDF docs from an email via the Google Gadget.</p> <p>Thanks...</p>
