How can I set this up so that the customers phone# gets automatically populated once they select a "customer" to start the work order? I was able to follow your intructions, but I don't want me or my staff having to also type the customers phone number in every time we fill out a workorder. It seems like there should be a way to retrieve the customers phone # from their info and have it appear automatically. I don't NEED to see it on the work order, but I do need it to print out. Currently when I print out, there are no customer phone numbers. I even tried to put "ActivityContactPhone" onto the report but it comes up blank.

Is there a function that sends an email out to my client to remind them of their scheduled ppointment? I'd like to be able to book the job on my calander and have an email go out AT LEAST the day before the scheduled appointment and possibly even an email that goes out right after we book the job in our calander. Can you also please tell me if there's a way to set it up so they can notify us if they need to cancel or reschedule? Thank you!

I am trying to customize my "print work order" template so that it includes the customers phone number. I use the stock work order form and when it prints it doesn't include the customers phone#, only the job site address. Please guide me on how to add this field becuse no matter how much I try I'm not havig success.

How to make Method stop emailing me a copy of the invoices I send out

Every time I email an invoice a copy gets sent to my inbox. Is this something that needs to be changed in Method, or in my Gmail account? Thanks.

How come "Save & Email" button has disappeared from my create invoice screen?

For some reason there is no longer the option to save & email the invoice from method. I've gone into customize the screen and the "save & email" button is even there, but when I create an invoice the button is gone. why?
