Can I copy a stock app such as sales receipts ?

Looking to make a custom app based off of the sales reciept screen to allow a manager to assign each sales reciept to a sales rep. I can't add this to the stock sales reciept since I am not the creator. In classic you could copy screens and tabs. What is the new equivelent for this?

So i go into my account settings to add SMTP settings ( from google apps for business) and try to send a test email. Nothing comes through on the test, but when I use a web to lead form it sends the lead notification as well as the following:

"Dear account owner, recently you have setup web form RFQ– *mysite.com and have enabled email notification, without setting up your mail server first. Please setup your email server, otherwise you will constantly be receiving these reminders. Thank you."

So when I come back to the customize tab then the my account screen and back to Default Email Preference the fields are all empty. So using some web dev mojo I figure the button is firing and an error is being caught. Here is what the console comes up:

So I tried out the process from Method_Paul and deleted my mangled estimate template. Tried to copy the Quickbooks_Estimate sceen and that went through but still no resotred default estimate template. So how about that utility, because now instread of an estimate ruined by what seems to be a inconsistent undo function (things that come back from the graveyard are out of place, or just plain different) I have no default estimate.
