Hello Alex,

There was a configuration issue in our network causing our load balancer to over-allocate traffic to high-use servers. Users who were directed to the high-use servers would have experienced performance issues. Once the configuration issue was detected and fixed, the load balancer was able to share the traffic to all servers equally.

Hopefully this gives you what you need to explain what happened to your clients.

Back in October we won Intuit's Hackathon with an app specifically designed for nonprofits in the US. We'd love for you to have a sneak peek at the app, and we want to give you the opportunity to take it for a spin—before we make it available to the public.

If you're a nonprofit that:

wants one central spot to manage leads, donors and donations,
is comfortable using a beta app (not all features are ready) on a regular basis (at least once a week) to manage your donors and donations, and
is willing to give us feedback (and possibly participate in a case study) about how the app is working for you,

Hello Beta Crew,

In this week’s release we’ve made several fixes.

Summary

We’ve done a hotfix to address some issues.

Details and bug fixes

Fixed issue with filtering grids and drop downs using a date time field from the screen (ticket # AS-553,AS-555 [see Matt’s post])
Addressed issues with being logged in as a guest user and a normal user at the same time. (ticket #PL-517)
