Awesome - this is very helpful. The only request left is to make the changes to the version of the Edit Case screen that we're currently using - that's CMR_EditCase_CSv2. If you could make the changes to that one we should be all set.

Thanks very much for the clarification on this. The link you sent definitely shows what we need. Did you make the change to CRM_EditCase? We're currently using CRM_EditCase_CSv2. Here is what I'm currently seeing on that form.

Sorry, but a couple more questions. In the Activity table there's the Actual Start Date field and the DueDateStart field.

- On the CRM_EditCase_CSv2 screen (on the Case Dialog & New/Edit Activity tab), are the Activity Start Time control and the Follow-up Due On control both bound to the DueDateStart field in the Activity tabke?

- On the New_Activity_CSv1 screen, are the Due On and Follow Up Due On controls both bound to the DueStartDate field?

- On the activity calendar, if an activity is dragged to a new date, is it the DueStartDate field that is updated to the new date/time?

Sorry it took me so long to follow up on this. So is this a change that you've already made to the condition block? If so I can check it to see if the start date comes across with the rest of the existing activity information.

Activity Start Date Change in Edit Activity

In Cases, when we select the Existing Activities for This Case tab and then click the Edit Activity link for a specific activity, the Activity Start Time is automatically updated to today. If we want to disable the change to the Start Time field, where in the screen controls would we look? I have reviewed the action sets, screen settings, grid & control properties but can't find the process that's changing the date.

Reporting From MS Access 2010 or 2013

I wanted to try to use the Method web service to generate reports in MS Access 2010 or 2013. I was wondering where to find the connection definition file I would need for Method and any pointers or additional information that might be helpful in getting started.

Quickbooks Backup & Restore

Currently we have Method integrated with a single user version of Quickbooks Premiere. Our accountant needs to enter previous year's data - she would like to back up the company on the machine that is integrated with Method, load that company on her machine, update the data, then restore it to the Method integrated machine. Does company backup/restore in Quickbooks adversely affect the Method integration? If necessary we can keep users from making any changes in Method until the restore is complete.

Importing Activities Completed by Ex-Employees

We are importing case activities for existing clients into Method, but some of these activities were completed a year or more ago by employees that are no longer with the company. Can a name be imported into the AssignedTo field without a corresponding Method account existing.

Importing Multiple Tags

Is there a correct format I should be using for importing multiple tags for a single contact record? When I use the format:

,tagname,

I can import a contact tag and it's searchable from the Taglist column header on the Customer/Contact search screen. I tried importing multiple tags for contact record using the format:

,tagname1,tagname2,

Both tags appear on the list but in this case tagname1 is searchable while tagname2 is not. Any ideas appreciated!
