If you go under the properties and look at the bottom of the screen. There is an unblock button that should resolve the problem. &lt;p&gt;We are new to method and we have been downloading the plug-in to microsoft outlook. So far it has worked on all of our computers except for 2. On one computer it went directly into &amp;quot;Quick Steps&amp;quot; and then disappeared. The other computer downloaded the plug-in and is not anywhere on outlook&lt;span style="overflow:hidden;" id="mce_0_start"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;. It says that it is downloaded onto the computer but doesn&amp;#39;t appear to show on Outlook. If you have any ideas please feel free to reply.
