Hi Audisho,

So what I need to do to regenerate a table is to open customize, tables and in this case the user table and click Finished Editing? I'm having a problem where a particular user is not being able to see the Sales Order list grid beside the Sales Order form. Could that be the same issue?

I already went over all the basics that include a review of roles, users, and related screens and dind't find anything unusual. In fact, the user with the problem belongs to a role which only has another user and the other user can navigate with no problem in all the screens she has access to.

What are the chances that a user can get corrupt, not being able to access totally or partially to screens and fields he or she has access to?

We keep adding functionality cause we're building a robust application around QB. I don't think it will be possible to re-build manually. I hope ETA doesn't take long.

Sort and filter Dropdowns

Is there a way to sort dropdown lists? I have a Accounts dropdown and I need to sort it by Account Number. If dropdowns could be seen in hierarchical view as well as flat view it would be great.

I also need to filter this Accounts dropdown and only include some accounts. It wouild include some asset accounts and some expense accounts. I am using Account numbers to filter and I get to filter all the asset accounts, but I'm having a hard time getting the selected expense accounts into the dropdown list.

Multicurrency on Header and Footer of Estimates, WO, SO and Invoices

One of my issues is related with the currency field in Estimates, Work Orders, Sales Orders and Invoices. It is not actually working. I mean if I choose a Customer and I include the currency code field to show in the form only home currency will show, and if a Customer has another currency code it won't show. We need users to know the currency of the Customer:Job in all the templates.

I have another problem with default currency symbol in the Display preferences. I want it to be blank but it can't be left blank. I need the Customer's currency to show in the footer. I don't see the practical use of this feature.

Could not run the Go To Tab Link Command

Hello,

When copying the CRM Activity List screen in order to edit it and add more fields the copied screen comes with a deleted link and Go To link does not work. Why does this happen and how can I prevent it?

Hello Justin. The problem is that they can´t be deleted either... they have recods in the audit trail. This filter could be included in the new platform.
