Hi Justin,

Thanks for your response, but haven't been able to resolve the issue. I confirmed that the Add Contacts actions are identical on my Edit Customer and Edit Lead screen as in the stock screens, and I have not done any editing to these.

The "Full Name" field is populating correctly on the Edit Customer. It seems to me that the error has to be occurring in the "EditContact_EntityName_SR" shared result; however, I can't find where this shared result is saved to check what it is pulling. This is the shared result that is supposed to pull in the Full Name to the "Add/Edit Contacts for" field on the Add Contact screen. Any thoughts on where I can find this? Is it on the Edit Customer screen somewhere?

I am having the same problem on both the Edit Customer and Edit Lead screen, if that helps at all.

Error when adding new contact

Today, I went to add a new contact for a customer, which I have been able to do before. However, when I try to save the contact I get an error that the "Full Name" field is blank. I realized that the Entity name is not populating at the top of this screen to assign the Contact to a Customer. After looking at the actions on screen load, it would seem that the Shared Result for "EditContact_EntiyName_SR" is not able to correctly pull the customer name associate with the contact.

I have done no customization on the Edit Contact screen, but have done some on the Customers and Leads screens. Where is the shared result saved and how is the best way to repair this broken link?

Send Appointment Reminder to Customer

I have already set up some email templates for me to send to clients when I schedule a consultation with them. The template confirms the appointment date, time, and location, etc. What I would like to do as well is set up an auto-reminder for the client a day or two in advice of the consultation. For instance, the day before the consultation, they would get an email reminder with all of the same details as the previous email mentioned. Is this functionality possible? The ability to set the send date for a future/delayed email? Seems like it would be same functionality as the Reminder emails that go out from different tables, but not sure how to program this.

SQL Error with Customer Grid

I am creating a screen based on the Customer table and have a grid. I want to have multiple fields in a single column, so am trying to use a SQL override. I copied the same code that is in the Contact List:

'' + ISNULL(viewContacts.AssignedTo,'') + ' ' + '' + ISNULL(viewContacts.SpecialType,'') + ' ' + ISNULL(viewContacts.Title,'')

I made the following modifications:

'' + ISNULL(viewCustomer.FullName,'') + ' ' + '' + ISNULL(viewCustomer.AssignedTo,'') + ' '

Seems like the code is identical. I have verified the table and field names are accurate. However, when I publish and load the page, I get an "Error Generating Grid" message.

Can you tell me where I am going wrong on this?

Filter future occurences in series from activity grid

Is it possible to create a filter in the activity grid that will omit all future occurences in a series and include only the next upcoming one?

For instance, one of my staff has a small but important task that has to be completed twice a week. When she looks at her upcoming tasks for the month, I don't want her to see 60 occurences of this one task. This makes it overwhelming and more difficult to see important, larger projects due later in the month. I would prefer that the next occurence only appear once the previous occurence has been completed (i.e. Thursday's task only appears once Tuesday's task has been completed). This is similar to how tasks function in Outlook.

Are there any filter settings that could be applied to pull this off?
