I am having a hard time understanding the difference when it comes to customization. I understand that in the basic version, I can&amp;#39;t create&amp;nbsp;&lt;span id="mce_1_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;NEW tables and drop-down lists. However, there are a number of customizable features that might be categorized as basic, I&amp;#39;m just not sure. For example, will I be able to keep these features if I switch to basic:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;1. Tags&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;2. Using the Ellipses to add-on to drop-down menus, such as adding to the Lead Source list in Opportunities using the ellipses to add a new lead source.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span id="mce_2_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;3. Creating my own Email Templates&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Please advise. I know there are many customization tutorials out there, but I don&amp;#39;t know if they apply only to Method CRM Pro or if they apply to the basic version as well.&lt;/p&gt;

Namely, that I can create the activity and create an email, but when I save, the email is sent immediately even if the activity isn&amp;#39;t scheduled for&amp;nbsp;&lt;span id="mce_1_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;days later. Is there a way to delay the sending of the email., or automate it to be sent later?&amp;nbsp;I&amp;#39;ve been looking through the forum and the tutorials but can&amp;#39;t find a way to do that. &lt;span id="mce_5_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;I&amp;#39;m not sure if this is possible with the Outlook plug-in, if it&amp;#39;s a customization, or if this is just not do-able. Ideally having the email automated to send on delay would be great.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
