I want to be able to email this custom sales order document that I created.

I'm not looking to send one of my suppliers a portal where they can download. I want the custom document attached as a PDF in the email.

How do I get the document I created to be attached and emailed to a selected vendor?

I tested the document and the sales order function works great. I'm just unclear about how to use this document in an email template.

GoCanvas.com fields can be exported to an xml file.

I want to import that to Method CRM and use the data to create new sales orders.

I also want to attach the pictures from GoCanvas.com to the customer's document link.

Re: How do i create....

I thought that is what i needed to do.

Here is the work flow I want to create.

Create new lead.

Lead is converted to a customer.

Customer information and associated work order is entered. Work order could be roofing material, labor, guttering, repair work order.

The work orders are then merged to a template that is easy to read and emailed to the corresponding distributor or laborer.

Any and all documents and pictures associated with the job are attached to that customer as well.

Job is completed.

Invoiced in Quickbooks.

Laborer's pay information is entered into a pay sheet. That pay sheet is merged to a template and printed for their records.

How do i create....

I am wanting to know how to create a new tab called Roofing.

Under that new tab, i want to be able to enter data into fields. This screen needs to be linked to a customer. Each time i click on this roofing tab i want to be able to either create a new roofing order or lookup previous orders by customer.

I know how to create the tab, screen, and fields. Im lacking the knowledge of a button for new order and how to link the order to a customer.

Please help.

Re: GoCanvas API

Thanks Mark and Jonathan.

I am up and running with both GoCanvas and Method CRM now.

I want to do the following:

Method CRM - Lead information (Name, Address, City, State, Zip, Phone, Email) is sent to GoCanvas in the form of a Dispatch to salesperson.

Salesperson enters info in GoCanvas forms. Submits data. Data is then sent to Method CRM matching fields and any pdf's or pictures are attached to the Lead/Customer in Method CRM.

Does anyone have a API programmer or company they recommend?

GoCanvas API

We are currently considering switching from Verizon to Sprint. Sprint has a partnership with GoCanvas.com.

GoCanvas.com allows us to have all of our paper forms in a digital format. Salespeople use the forms on a tablet, have customers sign contracts on the tablet, and then it sends all the information back to the office or CRM.

I want all the data from the forms to populate fields within Method:CRM. Is this possible using their API?

I would also like to have the signed contracts sent and saved to that particular contact as an attachment either in a jpeg or png format. Is that possible?
