Also, no one seems to be answering the phones again today. B&lt;span style="overflow:hidden;" id="mce_8_start"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;elow you will find the email I sent yesterday regarding this entire situation and problems we are having.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;div&gt;As stated in previous correspondence I tried numerous times all afternoon on Thursday, 6/4/15 and I also left a message. Due to the fact that no one returned my initial call and message by the end of the business day on Thursday a more aggressive approach was made on Friday. On Friday both myself, my boss, the owner of Pinline, and also our computer IT&amp;nbsp;person spent an entire day trying to contact Methods support team. It&amp;nbsp;has been that extremely detrimental to our time and work that&amp;nbsp;all four of us&amp;nbsp;opted out to different departments and extensions. No one&amp;nbsp;in any other department such as accounting, sales, etc. answered.Your response to my post in the forum was appreciated but&amp;nbsp;it did not even remotely come close to resolving any of the issues we are having with methods.&amp;nbsp;The suggestions made were just standard methods in resolving general internet problems, which most people who are familiar with computers&amp;nbsp;are knowledgeable on.&amp;nbsp;I thank you for&amp;nbsp;personally treating&amp;nbsp;our problem as&amp;nbsp;tentative priority but the problem still remains, no one able to fix our problem has contacted us nor has the issue within methods CRM been resolved. Is it possible you could make a notation within the case file that we would like to set up a specific time on Monday 6/8/15&amp;nbsp;for a support team member to contact us via telephone? Due to&amp;nbsp;the support teams&amp;nbsp;inability to prioritize and distinguish the&amp;nbsp;severity of the problem and their lack of effort in attempting to&amp;nbsp;resolve them, it has now become extremely time consuming and effecting other areas of our work/ business. So again I must express&amp;nbsp;concern that&amp;nbsp;not only has this cost us time and money, it has substantially delayed all areas of work and has put us an entire week behind. As a business ourselves, we understand not all problems are resolved within 24 hours. However, it is completely unacceptable that after two days&amp;nbsp;there has been&amp;nbsp;no verbal contact and no real urgency has been&amp;nbsp;addressed&amp;nbsp;.I&amp;#39;d greatly appreciate it if you or someone else could contact me Monday with a specific and scheduled time that a support team member will be contacting us via telephone. We&amp;nbsp;will&amp;nbsp;welcome and be accepting of&amp;nbsp;any time of your choosing, so long as it&amp;#39;s guaranteed&amp;nbsp;a support member&amp;nbsp;will be calling.&lt;/div&gt;

I also called and spoke to our IT person for our company and he confirmed that everything is running efficiently on our end with our computer and computer system. I made several attempts yesterday to contact your support tea&lt;span style="overflow:hidden;" id="mce_22_start"&gt;m&lt;/span&gt;s&lt;span style="overflow:hidden;" id="mce_23_start"&gt;&lt;/span&gt; and after being on hold for a minimum of 15 minutes each time, I was disconnected after an automated messsage came on informing me you&lt;span style="overflow:hidden;" id="mce_24_start"&gt;&lt;/span&gt; were &lt;span style="overflow:hidden;" id="mce_25_start"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;experiencing technical issues please try my&lt;span style="overflow:hidden;" id="mce_26_start"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="overflow:hidden;" id="mce_27_start"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="overflow:hidden;" id="mce_28_start"&gt;&lt;/span&gt; call again later. Would it be possible if someone from your support tea&lt;span style="overflow:hidden;" id="mce_29_start"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;m&lt;span style="overflow:hidden;" id="mce_30_start"&gt;&lt;/span&gt; could contact me today to possibly do a screen share with me to resolve all of these issues. My boss has expressed that this is causing a huge delay and it is taking double the amount of time to accomplish or complete what needs to be done. So I&amp;#39;d greatly appreciate it if someone could contact me as sson as possible because all of these issues are causing us time, money &lt;span style="overflow:hidden;" id="mce_16_start"&gt;, and our work is severly impacted due to these problems. &lt;p&gt;I am experiencing the following technical issues listed below when using Method CRM classic. I am wondering if someone could help me and if anyone else is experiencing the same problems. These problems seem to occur on a regular basis on and off throughout the course of the day.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;span style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;span style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;span style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- program seems to be extremely slow logging in and with navigating through different windows within the system. I have no other problems with speed in other programs or when using anything else on my computer.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;span style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;span style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;span style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- Error message occasionally when trying to login and only successfully gaining access after numerous attempts&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;span style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;span style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;span style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- when clicking on the leads tab and editing lead information screen will go blank(white)/ freeze and I have to completely log out and log back in .&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;span style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;span style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;span style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- when adding additional information into the leads section of the program information will either disappear or not save&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;span style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;span style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;span style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- in the activities section in the leads tab; all information will be stored and saved on the main page and then when I click on &amp;ldquo;activities&amp;rdquo; the program does not pull or generate the lead information into the new activity field under &amp;ldquo;contact Details (edit)&amp;rdquo; and &amp;ldquo;Lead/customer/vendor/employee details (edit)&amp;rdquo; section. It will either be completely blank or just generic program headers stated in the last sentence are showing. In addition there will be times where only parts of the information will appear, missing a phone number or e-mail address etc.. Also, occasionally everything in the top right section will just appear white/blank.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;span style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;span style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;span style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- in new activities after writing comments and assigning a new activity, when I click on the &amp;ldquo;Send an Email?&amp;rdquo; box prompts the right side of the window to e-mail the lead our standard follow up e-mail it does not automatically load the leads e-mail address into the &amp;ldquo; To: &amp;ldquo; field/section&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;span style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;span style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;span style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- when navigating between windows within the program I have numerous pop up (timed) error messages but they do not stay up long enough for me to read the message without the time running out or completely disappear bouncing me back to a previous window or screen and not allowing me to stay in the window I am trying to enter in information&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;span style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;span style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;span style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;span style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;span style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;span style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Again all of these problems don&amp;rsquo;t always occur all at once but I have been dealing with all the above randomly throughout the course of the day on a regular basis delaying me or preventing me from working.&lt;span style="overflow:hidden;" id="mce_21_start"&gt;&lt;span style="overflow:hidden;" id="mce_22_start"&gt;&lt;span style="overflow:hidden;" id="mce_23_start"&gt;&lt;span style="overflow:hidden;" id="mce_24_start"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
