What goes in the 'Name' field when importing new leads, Company Name or Lead (Person) Name?

I'm importing from excel. The data includes a company name and a contact name and title but not in all cases. I insert the contact name (concatenate FirstName and LastName) if it exists and the company name if it does not. But I'm not sure this is correct as it seems to conflict with some comments about the name field being a foreign key in the contacts file pointing to the customer file record (i.e. this contact works for that company). If I always insert the company name, then I only get the company name in the leads screen.

Thanks. I'm pretty sure you have nailed it. I think the recipient had images blocked when retreiving emails. Thus, the picture didn't show up in the email until the recipient requested the picture to be downloaded.

The issue is closed. Thanks a pile.

I did upload the image the from the email template. The image displays when you go to the address. Thus, it should download with the HTML script. But it apparently doesn't.

But wait, there's more. I uploaded the image again and I duplicated the template. When i send the email to myself, I can see the image. If I send the email to another person, they cannot see the image. If I forward the email that came to me (in which I can see the image) to someone else, they cannot see the image.

Thus, the image I am seeing resides on my machine but not the recipient's machine - perhaps in the location from which it was uploaded. But when I view the email I received in a browser, the code says:

I don't understand it. the 'src' is not an address on my machine, but yours.

Doesn't work for me. Here is the HTML code the email editor inserted (your example has 'test' mine = 'method':

It is an image with a link embedded. The only thing that comes across in the email is the embedded link - not the image.

I have a long contact list. In list builder, I want to create activities in small chunks assigned to different people. After i create my first set of activities on the list and assign them to person 1, how do I create my second set of the same activites for assignment to person 2 WITHOUT duplicating the first set of activities already assigned to person 1?
