Follow-up notifications: None of my users are getting pinged/emailed when creating a follow-up, even using the &quot;<span id="mce_0_start" style="overflow:hidden;"><span>Email&nbsp;Follow-up&nbsp;notification&nbsp;to&nbsp;user&nbsp;when&nbsp;saving?&quot; Is this something that requires additional configuration to get working or should this be a helpdesk ticket?</span></span></p> <p>2. I was exploring auto-follow-ups yesterday and after setting up an auto-follow-up type it did not see<span id="mce_2_start" style="overflow:hidden;">m to populate the configured fi<span id="mce_3_start" style="overflow:hidden;"></span>elds.&nbsp;<span id="mce_4_start" style="overflow:hidden;">Additionally I was wondering the intent of setting up auto-follow-ups?
