I am running the engine on my computer as an Admin level user. The QB Database Server is running on a Windows Server 2008. We have done the following in attempt to fix the problem:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;span style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;- Updated QB&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- Updated MIE&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- Changed servers that host QB&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- Changed computers on the network and made sure all updates have been performed&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- Checked all event logs of both server and pc with MIE for an indication that connection was lost&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span id="mce_0_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;span id="mce_1_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;When I look at the Method Engine Logs for that day, all I see is the following repeated over and over again&lt;span id="mce_2_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Knowing when the sync engine crashes or when a particular sync is stuck would mean that we could prevent these issues from negatively affecting worker productivity and their experience with Method CRM.&lt;span id="mce_1_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;I am looking forward to the next release to incorporate notifications of this sort.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

When I later discover that Method hasn&amp;#39;t synced with Quickbooks for several hours, despite the fact that Quickbooks is open and logged in and Method Int&lt;span id="mce_0_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;egration Engine is still running, I open the Engine from the Notification area and &lt;span id="mce_1_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;I see the screen in the photo below, w/a bunch of asterix&lt;span id="mce_2_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;span style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;What would cause &lt;span id="mce_12_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;Method Integration Engine &lt;span id="mce_13_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;to r&lt;/span&gt;andomly logs itself out after being unable &lt;span id="mce_14_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;to &lt;span id="mce_15_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;recognize &lt;span id="mce_16_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;a &lt;/span&gt;Company File&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span id="mce_17_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;that it has been syncing with for hours or days without any interruption?&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
