&lt;p&gt;&lt;span id="mce_0_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;The failure you&amp;#39;re seeing is coming from the SMTP server. It&amp;#39;s basically saying that the open relay protocol (which is what we use for sending emails), is disallowed for your email address. Since I don&amp;#39;t know the email server setup, I couldn&amp;#39;t tell you why its with your email or why it happens on occassion. Perhaps there&amp;#39;s a limit that&amp;#39;s being reached? Just speculating though. I would recommend speaking with the email server admin if you&amp;#39;re able to.&lt;/p&gt;
