Case Actvity Status History

    Case Actvity Status History

    A quick question about activities.  Does Method keep a history of the date of status changes in Case Activities?  For example, if we had a phone call regarding a problem that was entered on 3/1/15 with a status of Not Started, updated on 3/2 with a status of In Progress and on 3/3 with a status of Completed, is there any way to view/report on how long it took to go from initial request to completion.

    Hi techconnect,

    Are you trying to get the Case: Opened > Closed time, or the Activity: Created > Completed time?

    It would be the Activity created -> completed time.

    Hi techconnect,

    There are CreatedDate and CompletedDate fields within the Activity table, so you could build a screen or report to check these values and report on them as you'd like.
