In the Thank You Letter Body section of the Thank You Letter Print (PDF) Template, we pull the donation date from the Sales Receipt. We use the field "SalesReceipt.TxnDate" in the letter. When the letter prints, it pulls the date and time plus it prints the date as Day Month Year. For example, a donation received on 12/07/22 prints as 07 December 2022 12:00 PM. In the Sales Receipt Table, the Txn Date data field is locked for editing since it is a QuickBooks data field. Has anyone else had this issue and been able to remove the Time or have the date pull as Month Day Year?

In this scenario, you would have to remove the time from the date by using the Character Function action in the Screen Designer. You can read more about the options available under the Character Function action here.
