• Transactions to respect Customer tax preference for group items
• Tax calculation to prioritize tax preference of the line item if changed for any transaction
  
• QBDT Estimates - Handle subtotal items with tax code if the Customer tax code is Non
• Stop populating rate for a description only line item if it is next to a subtotal line item
