  • Method App Updates - Jan 21, 2016

    The following App updates are now live for users of Method. 

    Contacts App

    • New! Customer (or Entity) Notes are now available on the New Contact, View Contact and Edit Customer (Entity) screens within Method:New. This field syncs with QuickBooks as well.
    • For QuickBooks Desktop users, Sales Rep dropdown is now available on the New Contact screen.

    The following updates are now live for users of Method. 

    • Fixed issue with exporting grids that have columns using sql overrides with date fucntions. (AS-1440)

    • Fixed "Table and/or field for this dropdown is missing" error on dropdown fields. (AS-1348)

    • Multi-Tenant Account are now able to generate reports with data from multiple tenants. (AS-1625)

    • Fixed issue generating Method Knowledge Base URL. (AS-1575)

    • Fixed rounding issue on some transactions which may have caused some sync conflicts. (Ticket AS-1280)

    • Reminder emails now uses users emails settings if they exist. (Ticket AS-1557)
