Hi - I want reminder emails sent automatically when invoices become overdue. Can Method do this? Thanks, Justin

Can the Overdue balance reminder template include a statement or overdue invoices as attachements.?

Can you send it to a batch i.e. everyone with overdue balances with one click?

We've had several clients request this feature and have been working on a solution.  Currently it's working in our labs and we should have a working app by the end of the summer.

Justin, you can use the List Builder to send out mass overdue balance emails. Here is an article in our Help Center about the List Builder. In these emails, you cannot include an attachment of their invoice(s), but you can include a link to the Contacts portal where the recipient can log in and view their invoices, view their balance, and even pay if you have a Payment Gateway set up.
