    Quantity on Hand- there, but not showing

     Hi all-

    Does anyone have an idea why quantities of an item would not show up in the Inventory List under Qty on Hand, however if you click the item, the item's screen has the quantity listed.

    Asset account, cogs account, income account are all accurate.  Nothing's different with tax info. 

    Thanks for any feedback.

    Hi cpitts,

    Does this happen for all Inventory items or just some? Have you tried clicking the Refresh button?

    If it's a default screen meaning you haven't customized it I can take a look at it if you enable the MethodSupport user and email me you Account name to m.melo@methodintegration.com
