Transactions - Not all appearing

    Transactions - Not all appearing

    Hello,

    Quick question. I have a client with 19 outstanding invoices. When I view client in Method, the balance under "Existing Customers" is correct, but I am only able to view 4 invoices under the "Transactions" tab, which only total to $600.00 or so.

     

    Same thing when I view under "Existing Invoices".  Only 4 show up. How can I view "all" client invoices?

    Could someone advise!?

    Great question Jess!

    Try looking at your synchronization preferences under the QuickBooks tab. Near the bottom you should see Transaction History with the default settings set to maintain transactions for the the past 365 days. Change this from the dropdown list or better yet try clicking Show options per transaction type for details. You should also run a Full Synch to reflect any changes you made.
