We are still trying out Method at our business. Everytime we log into the computer where the Method engine is running, we are unable to open QB (don't use QB everyday, just 3 days a week). An error occurs saying it's already running. The process is clearly resident, but the QB GUI is not running. Only way to solve it is to kill it in Win XP Task Manager and re-launch QB for it to work again.
This is a deal breaker when I'm trying to introduce technology to our accounting department and the technology is the obstacle.
Anyone else see this?
