    Sometimes you just have to say thanks to the crew.

    Using the new google/gmail gadget.  

    Paul,  you and the team have outdone yourself.  I wanted to write and congratulate you. 

    Every improvement you make, my business gets closer to being genuinely integrated, a 20 year dream. 

    Having tight integration with accounting & correspondence is over the moon for a small business owner.  I cannot stress how important this improvement is for a hard working schlubs like us. 

    I have not tested all the functionality on my instance, but I ran some new cases, including adding contacts & the system nailed it.

    ps.  anyone up for the mail merge challenge?  USPS is still an effective medium.

    Thank you for the kind words (though, they really belong to our families who allow us to put in the ridiculous hours it takes to make it all happen!).

    That said - keep the honest feedback coming, even when it is brutal. The Gmail Gadget is a big thing for us, so we want to make sure we get it right.
