    Allow For Partial Payments From Customers

    I got the gateway setup and everything is working great. Is there a way in method through the portal to allow a customer to make a partial payment. For us, this is necessary because we sell home generator systems and require payment at the time of ordering for the unit and the remaining balance due upon completion of installation. Currently, the portal/gateway only allows for payment in full. Thanks.

    Lucas,

    You can make a partial payment.  They will just need to select the invoice they wish to pay and the amount.  The balance will reflect the partial payment.
