In our time tracking screen where we select the name* of the employees in order to select the job and hrs etc.. the drop down is based off the entity table and consists of all entities avaialable including vendors. When I try to create a new dropdown with the table based on the Emplooyee I receive and error. How can I fix this? Also in the furure if I want each employee to enter there time and have only their name available when they are signed in how can this be done?

If you just want to display employees then you can edit the filter on the Name field to diplay only the Employee entity type. In regard to your second question, the easiest way to do this would be to edit your OnScreenLoad actions to automatically enter the Employee name of the currently signed in user into the Name field.
