Hi Dottie,
Are we talking about the same QuickBooks_TimeTracking screen? To access it go to the QuickBooks Tab Group (top right of the screen) > Click on the Employees tab > then click the Time Tracking tab link. The fields exist in the TimeTracking table so they can be added to the screen and grid, see my screenshot below.
Double check your TimeTracking table to ensure the Bill Rate and Amount fields exist in the table, if not then it's possible someone may have deleted them. If they do exist then just click Finished Editing Fields, then go back to your screen and try again.
