    Push

     Why would my Method Push Status say Not Connected? and how do I connect it?  The changes I post do not automatically appear I have to manually synch or wait until the regularly scheduled changes only synch.

     Hi Pamela,

    This appears as though it requires technical support, kindly contact your Business Systems Consultant here are Method so they can investigate further.

     Hey Pamela,

    Try restarting QB, if that doesn't work please contact your business consultant. We would like to get that resolved as soon as possible for you.

     I've restarted QB several times, no help.  I'm not aware of having a business consultant, how would I find out who that is?

    Pamela worked with her method consultant, and it was discovered that her network traffic was blocking the method push. This can happen when networks are behind a firewall. You will still be able to sync, the only thing is that you will need to initiate those sync's manually
