Can the work order job name be the same for all customers?
We have to schelude our weekly maintenance to all our customers, can the job name be the same for everyone, or it has to be different?

You can definitely use the same name. You might notice that when you add the first item in the work order that it will auto populate the Job Name field with that item. You can also change this yourself.
