A user is getting this error after customizing the stock Opportunities List screen:

When you copy a screen you have the option to Replace links to an existing screen. If you don't replace the links, then some Go To Tab Link actions may end up pointing to a tab link that doesn't exist anymore. There is an easy way to fix this. You showed me that the problem occured when you clicked Delete Opportunity. Copy and edit the CRM_EditOpportunity screen (make sure you replace the links) and edit the More Actions... button in the Additional Info section. You should see the following actions in the Delete Opportunity event:
As the error says, the action number 7 is the one that is producing the error. Edit this action and you'll see that it is probably trying to send you to Opportunities>>Opportunities List which may not exist anymore. Point it to your new Opportunity List tab link instead and this should fix the problem. Remember that you may have to do the same for any other Go To Tab Link actions on the screen.
