Let customer pay online checkbox link to quickbooks

    Let customer pay online checkbox link to quickbooks

    In the method integration apps there is a check box for To be printed and to be sent.  Is there an ability to have the Let customer pay online checkbox?

    I dont work for method but been working with the program for 2 years.  Its a great program. I use the QBO version and there is no feature that I know of. 

    When you make up a invoice, Method make this invoice avalable in the customer portal all the time every time.  I have clients that use the customer portal all the time and customers that dont want anything to do with it but method makes these and all the invoices avalable to them.  

    Just my 2 cents

    John - Thanks for the help! 

    Chris - The To Be Printed and To Be Emailed checkboxes sync up with the same boxes in Quickbooks. Like John proposed, your customers can pay you through the Contacts Portal in Method if you set up a Payment Gateway. Click the link for some more information about how to set it up.     Thanks John, as always thanks for the responses....

    I do have the Payment Gateway set up however when i set it up the only option is to pay by credit card., in fact the only way that the gateway would allow me to connect is if i enable accept credit cards through my intuit payment.  Through quickbooks my customers can pay through a routeing number and bank account number and only costs me $0.50 vs the 3.5% which is typically much greater than $0.50.  I would actually like to allow some customers to pay through credit card (the smaller jobs) and others only allow online check.  This can not be accomplished through quickbooks so if you have a solution through method that would allow online checks and be able ot select the drop down options based on the amount total  that would be fantastic.
