    Re: Linking two tables

I linked the tables but is not working for me, not showing the info.

I am working in the Customer screen in the Field Service Center , in the Activities and work orders tab, I added the ActivityAssignedTo field but nothing is showing.

I also want to be able to show the number of visits for the recurring series.

    What am I doing wrong?

    Hello Marcelo,
I just need some clarification on the Activity Assigned To field.  Each activity has someone assigned to them and is seen in the 'Detail' column.  You can change the display in the Screen Designer by clicking edit on the Activity grid, going to Step 2 and changing the SQL that is there. (Copy the SQL out first so you don't loose it).  If you are trying to make the field appear outside the grid, the person would have to be assigned to the customer and not any activities.

For the count, there is no way of putting a customized count in the bottom of a grid.   You can use a button/onscreenload and text box combination.  Here, you can loop through the grid and count the number of records that match a criteria.  This would use the 'Basic Math Calculation' and the Start/End Conditional Statements.
