Can statements be created from Method?

Are you referring to Statement Charges? They can be created using the Customers > Statement Charges screen in Method.

No, regular statements, I know I can do it from QB, but it would be nice if I could do it from Method, so i will have more power to customize the screen
Are you referring to this QuickBooks screen?
If so, I should point out that this screen simply creates reports. You would have to create a custom report using the Report Designer in order to mimic this feature.
What table should I use for the screen

I would use the Customer table as the master table and the Transaction table as a detail table.
