Major problems with sign in

    Major problems with sign in

    The issues I'm having since one sign in are almost unbearable.

    I am using Method New for my own account, as well as clients accounts that I'm developing for.

    I I use three monitors. I have my own account open on one screen for activities, development notes, etc. My client account is on the second monitor.

    I am constantly getting kicked out. So this morning I tried Firefox browser for my client account and chrome for my own account.

    I keep going in circles. I can be in my account updating some notes. Then I go back to the client account to do some customization. The moment I click on something it signs me out and I need to sign back in.

    Where do I go from here?

    Hi Mahlon,

    I've created a ticket with development for this issue. We've experienced it times ourself. Unfortunately, I don't have an ETA on when this will be fixed, however it is a high priority for us. If you or anyone else has any additional information you can provide, it will definitely help.
