    Web To Lead Customization/Error

    Hi there,

    I tried customizing the Customer Form, however now have a problem.

    When test driving the form, all works well. The problem is notw the public link doesn't work (miurl) with the customized screen

    Assuming this is a bug, in the mean time is there any way I can derive the URL of the form from the test drive screen?

    Was looking into this further, could the problem be because I can't set the default Screen for New Records and Screen for Viewing Records to my custom screen? Whenever I try to change them, it tells me that only the app publisher can change these settings.

    Hey GroGreen,

    It's an issue we are aware of, there is a high priority ticket in with our development team. As the developers are actively working on a fix - hold off on making any changes or short term workarounds till the fix gets pushed out.

    As soon as I get the word from the team, I'll update this post.

    Hey Greg,

    Issue has not been fixed yet.

    There is a workaround, before I say let me confirm it works and won't cause further damage. I'll follow up with that information when I'm 100%.

    Hey Greg,

    The workaround I was going to suggest won't work at this time.

    I'll keep you posted when this issue is resolved and we can verify it's working correctly.

    Has there been any update on this issue? We'd really like to begin using the new web-to-lead forms but need to be able to customize them and we currently can't. Thanks!

    Has any progress on this been made? I would really like to use the new web-to-lead form and still can not. I'm in a seasonal business and will be doing marketing in the late winter.

    I brought up this issue over 4 months ago, is this still a high priority fix?
