    What is it?

    The Web to Lead App allows you to create web forms to collect information on prospective customers and have the information saved in Method:CRM. The most popular use of web to lead forms is for generating sales leads through a ‘Contact Us’ page on a website.

    When the web to lead form is filled out, the information is automatically saved in your Method:CRM account and your staff are notified of the new lead, which ensures potential business doesn’t slip through the cracks, and every lead receives your attention in a timely manner.

    How do I get started?

    This app is part of Method's Sales Pipeline Pack. If you don't already have this Pack enabled, it is an additional $10/user/month.

     

    1. From your Method Dashboard, click the Setup tile on the Web To Lead App. This will open your preferences screen.

     

    2. Enable your web to lead form by clicking the check box.

     

    3. Assign a user to this form. Every time a lead is created using this form, this user will be the one notified, and assigned the opportunity and two activities, including the follow-up activity.
