    The same screen, one user run with error but not all others.

    Hi,

    It happens to me recently, pretty much like, after some codes changes and publish to the system, some users will complaint it fails to run those updated screens. The only way is to clear their cookie (or cache) to make it work.

    In those users' environment, as soon as they login after codes update, there is always several "generating screen 1 of 6..." (or something like that) running in first one or two login. Then, it is quite possible they meet some action error during that login session. 

    Any idea about why this can happen? 

    My codes update behavior is like:

    1. copy a screen to a new one.

    2. work on that new screen.

    3. Publish that screen. Save and Close that screen.

    4. Change tab link to that new screen.

    Hey Alex,

    This is not a problem with your account specifically. We have other reports of this issue thus we have a high priority ticket in with our development team. 

    I'll keep you posted as soon as I hear the issue has been resolved
