Setting up an opportunity for lost or closed estimates?

    Setting up an opportunity for lost or closed estimates?

    Has anyone in this forum created some sort of opportunity for lost or closed estimates? Something that can be used to keep track of why a estimate was lost or closed and possibly assigned an opportunity to it? I'd be interested in what other people have done for something like this.

    Any information you can provide would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

    Hey JGAnderson,

    Opportunities already has a Closed Lost stage where you can keep track of customers where they did not go with your product/service. If you are using opportunities regularly and assigning transactions to them then you can keep track which stage they end up in.

    You can also have a opportunity set up for strictly opportunities lost which you can assign those lost/closed estimates for.
