Changing Activities in Method - doesn't sync

    Changing Activities in Method - doesn't sync

     Are there any rules regarding modifying activities in Method.

    I've been updating activities and have realised I've missed loads of actions because they weren't syncing with Outlook. Some seem to ne updating - and others aren;'t

    Any thoughts?

     Hey Mike,

    3 things that you can check:

    1. After you make your changes, are you syncing?

    2. Are you using the "Add to Method" button??

    3. If you are either Syncing, or using the "Add to Method" button, make sure that the activity type you are using is setup to sync over to Method.

    You can configure this by going into the Method Outlook Plug-In setup, and clicking on "Appointments".
