when our customers submit a ticket on the customer portal, it submits and we can read it in cases but the customer gets hit with this error and they keep resubmitting it until they get annoyed and phone us up saying our system is'nt working.

Thought you might like to know I just received a similar error on a custom screen I am working on. The error is:
"The value 'Contact Name' was not a valid dropdown list value for 'ContactsRef'."
The contact, 'Contact Name', has been properly entered into the tables I intended.
I did not see any fields named 'C
