In Quickbooks, customers' invoices are directly associated with their respective customer records. My question is, when qb syncs with method, do the invoices 'go into' method so that invoices are right there?

Yes, the invoices go directly into Method. Once the invoice is created in QB and synced, it will appear as an invoice in Method for that Customer. Method has an Invoices tab link that will list all invoices, and also a transactions tab in the Edit Customer screen that will show all transactions, including invoices.
